10 yr using daily during off season to increase strength and bat speed. We either hit plastic balls or just dry swing. Have really seen the difference in just 3 weeks time.

THESE BATS ARE GREAT FOR MY 10/11 YR OLD TEAM IN THE OFF SEASON AND DURRING THE SEASON IN THE ON DECK CIRCLE! THE KIDS LOVE TO USE THEM AND THEY ARE HELPING OUR BOYS BECOME STRONGER HITTERS. SWING THEM AS OFTEN AS YOU CAN - JUST REMEMBER, DONT GET BATS THAT ARE TOO HEAVY FOR YOUR BALLPLAYERS. WE USE THE 35 AND 40 OZ BATS FOR OUR AGE GROUP.
