Fits my elbow fine in small (middle age woman, 5'7"/128#). Freezes fast, feels great when on. I was having a had time getting a normal ice pack to sit on the joint in the right way, and had to hold it very still. With the velcro attachment, I can wear it while driving or walking around the house, so I do it more regularly.
