The very first night we recieved the product my 7 year old son pitched his first game and the heart guard was put to the test. The second batter of the game hit the ball directly in my sons chest and it bounced off. He was unharmed and very thankful his mom made him wear the heart guard. So was I. Since then several people have asked where I purchased this and we have passed the information along. Thank you for sending this product in a timely fashion. We will continue to use your business in the future as we have many more years of baseball ahead!

| My son was 6 and playing T-BALL when a line drive struck him in the chest while on the pitcher's rubber and stopped his heart. It was a miracle that he is here today as 99% of children die or suffer brain damage from such an injury because they must be shocked by an AED, which most ballparks do not carry. After that night, he wore this model chest guard for 2-3 years, whenever he was in the infield. He did complain that it was hot on the warm, muggy days, but that is nothing compared to the peace of mind it provided both of us! |
