BASEBALLS & SOFTBALLS POLICY
Return a sample of the defective equipment accompanied with the original sales receipt to the Authorized Diamond Dealer from where it was purchased.
PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT WARRANTY
Equipment, such as masks, chest protectors, leg guards, and football shoulder pads have a one (1) year warranty on metal, plastic, padding, and straps.
HELMET WARRANTY
The shell of the helmet has a three (3) year warranty, the padding and straps have a one (1) year warranty.
BASEBALL & SOFTBALL MITTS WARRANTY
There is a one (1) year warranty on all softballs/softball mitts. Our warranty DOES NOT cover mitts that have been placed in an oven or microwave, or over oiled.
